Trilha 6 - Vale do Paty
Day 1: Leaving Lençóis by car, we will arrive in the village of Guine around 2 pm where we will get the trailhead. From there we will start a walk of roughly hours. We will go up Beco Hill, across the Black River Plateau and eventually arrive at a place called “Rampa” where we will witness one of the most beautiful overlooks of the valley. From there we will continue on to have a swim at Funis Waterfall and afterwards to our first nights stay at the natives house. Dinner time!
Day 2: A delicious breakfast, a 6 hour (average) walk (roundtrip) will put us at the top of a waterfall called Cachoeirão which is one of the most published pictures in trekking magazines. From there we will return to th natives house to recuperate and replenish the energy we spent throughout the day.
Day 3: Today is a big day as we will embark on a walk to see one of the most amazing attractions in Paty Valley, Castle Mountain. An average of 2 hours gets us to Castle Mountain, which some people comment as being equally as beautiful as Machu Pichu. Enjoy an amazing panoramic view and then return to camp to prepare for your 4th and final day.
Day 4: You’ll traverse Paty Valley and crossover into the Valley of Capao. This is the longest day of walking, on an average 9 hours to get to Capao where the car will be waiting to take you back to Lencois.
